The Whitsunday Islands is known for some of the best boating in Australia. The water temperature is ideal for swimming all year round, with plentiful marine life, and beautiful vegetated islands. The azure waters of the Whitsundays are your gateway to adventure, with the possibility to see whales in the Winter months.


With over 4 hours of beach time at Whitehaven, you can relax or explore at your leisure. Your tour includes beach activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, as well as sports equipment for kids and adults alike. 

From the Southern end of Whitehaven, you will also explore a self-guided bush-walk to the Southern Lookout, with views across across the Whitsunday Islands. 

Along the shore at Whitehaven, there's typically marine life such as small fish, and sometimes sting rays or turtles.

Get up close to the marine life, and join our daily snorkelling tour which includes all equipment and instructions. Travelling by vessel to a nearby island, you will swim along the fringing reef of the Whitsundays, and get a chance to see coral and marine life up close. 

Our beautiful freshly made buffet lunch is included FREE sourced from local businesses, served with restaurant cutlery and crockery. The menu caters to the majority of dietary requirements, with plenty of options for all tastes.

Drinks are available to purchase on board, and on the beach. Complimentary afternoon tea is also served on the return voyage. 

Join us for a day of adventure and sunshine. The Whitsunday Island are a beautiful backdrop as you cruise to Whitehaven Beach, to enjoy an amazing day in nature.

WHERE TO MEET

Please meet outside of the Rufus & Co. Cafe at Port of Airlie 30 minutes prior to departure. The Spirit Marine Crew is easily identified wearing a white shirt and blue shorts.

WHAT TO BRING

-          Refillable water bottle

-          Light jacket

-          Swimming attire

-          Towel

-          Sunglasses

-          Shoes (thongs or sandals are ok)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-          The buffet lunch caters for the majority of dietary requirements.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

-          A surcharge will apply to all bookings made for public holidays, based on the below rates:

-          Adults – $20 per person

-          Children – $10 per person

-          Family Package – $60 per package

-          This surcharge is payable on the day of your cruise, with card payment only.
