SOW + SIP EVENT

Sow + Sip is a series of immersive events held every 2 months. Draw inspiration for your morning of seed sowing by starting with a guided tour around our wine sensory garden. Take in the views over the garden while you are sowing your seeds, sipping on your wine, coffee or cup of tea. A substantial savoury and sweet morning tea is included too! It’s a truly blissful way to start your weekend.

At each Sow + Sip event, the seed selection available for you to choose from is different and matches the upcoming season in a garden. There will be a mix of flowering plants, herbs and vegetables for you to choose from, and you sow those that best suit your garden, or maybe one that you haven’t heard of before. You take home the seed propagator tray filled with your bespoke selection of flower, herb and vegetable seeds, watch them sprout and grow over the next few weeks.

A Sow + Sip event includes:

What to bring: gardening gloves (or you can purchase a pair when you book) and a sun hat.

2025 SOW + SIP EVENT SERIES DATES:

  1. 23rd August
  2. 25th October
  3. 13th December

DIRECTIONS TO FIND US: If you haven't visited our cellar door before, Google maps knows where we are, which is super easy to do if you're coming from Busselton, Bunbury, or Perth. BUT, Google maps isn't perfect! If you are coming from Margaret River and from areas south to Augusta, we suggest not putting 'Whicher Ridge Wines' into Google maps until you leave Cowaramup. That way you won't be sent along 20 kms of rough gravel roads through the State forest to get here.
Similarly, if you're coming from Nannup, drive towards Busselton first and once you are on the Bussell Hwy or the Busselton Bypass, put 'Whicher Ridge Wines' into Google maps and you will be directed out to us along Chapman Hill Road.
