Only 1 hour north of Christchurch, is the spectacular region known as Waipara. This area is home to a diverse range of wineries, it's location and soils provide great enviroments to grow a wide range of vines. Long hot & dry summers add to the flavor profiles.
Depending on your start time, I offer a short driving tour around the city of Christchurch. I will point out highlights and any places you'd like to see. this can be done at the start or end, time dependant.
I recommend a tasting and a lunch however, please contact me if you'd like something different.
Our first tasting starts at 11am, My hand picked vineyards include one of the followingTerrace Edge, Georges Road, Greystone and The Boneline.
After the tasting we will visit one of our amazing restaurants in Waipara
These include: Waipara Springs, Greystone & Black Estate. (Let me know if you have a preference)
At the resturants you can do a tasting or wine flight if you choose *subject to availability
On Tuesday & Wednesday some wineries are closed so limited options are available.
