Please refrain from bringing any big bags, suitcases and food with you we have limited storage in our office to store these items. Following this we do not have a waiting room for guests that are not participating in activities. We do not have bathrooms! Please go before you arrive
Your safety is our priority. In order to fly triple and tandem flights the combined weight total cannot exceed 200kgs. In order to fly a solo the weight of the participant cannot exceed 135kgs. Please note if your weight/weights do exceed this limit alternative arrangements (like splitting up flights) will have to be made on the day, this will incur an extra charge this is just the difference if you were to book the seperate flights originally. This is payable at checkin.
How to locate us:
Marina mirage has limited car parking - you are able to park in the paid parking zone beside the old “marina mirage” shopping centre building. Alternatively if you don’t wish to pay for parking you are able to park on the roadside or across the road in the beach carpark - this is free of charge. To locate our floating office simply walk to the end of the paid outdoor carpark beside the old shopping centre building. You will see Ray-white Marine on your right and then in front of you a cage with our signage on it. There will be a ramp to access the marina that you can walk down, we are the first office on the right. Look out for our pink or blue boat
