No refunds will be issues. Failure to attend (no-show) will also incur a 100% cancellation fee.\r\nCancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to departure may be eligible for a credit or voucher at owner’s discretion. No refunds apply within this period. \r\nCancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure are eligible for a refund, credit or voucher. We aim to provide approved refunds with 14 business days. All credits or vouchers issued are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.\r\n\r\nPRIVATE CHARTERS\r\nA non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure a private charter.\r\nIf a private charter is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled charter date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.\r\nIf you choose to reschedule your private charter, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date.\r\n\r\nEVENT CANCELLATION\r\nMinimum Passenger Numbers\r\nA minimum of 8 passengers is required for a cruise to proceed. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise. In such cases, you will be notified via email or SMS and offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date or receive a full refund.\r\nWeather Conditions\r\nThe safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain or strong winds), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the cruise. Please allow time for parking and arrive to the boat 30 minutes prior to departure. 

Plenty of cafe, bars and shops at The Wharf to enjoy before boarding if you arrive earlier. 

If you need to come see us or can't find the boat our office/shop is Saltwater Experiences - the 2nd retail shop in, directly across from Sealife. 

 

Our vessel is next to the iconic big, blue tower. The jetty entrance is in back of Spero Restaurant. Enter across from Sealife (directly where the crossing is) and you'll see the jetty ramp 20 meters in. 

 

Consider sun protection and boat safe shoes or be prepared to remove shoes on arrival (preferred), no heels or black soled shoes (or you may be required to take them off upon boarding).

 

We will contact you in case of any weather updates via txt and email.

There is a bathroom and shade onboard

 

Our licensed bar serves a range of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks and card/cash payments accepted

 

If the captain decides to postpone the tour due to severe weather we will notify you as soon as possible via email and txt. Your ticket can transferred onto any of our future tours, or a gift voucher provided.

        If it is only light rain we still proceed - be prepared, wear appropriate clothing and just HAVE FUN!
