The SUP Express Lesson is great for those who are wanting to learn how to paddle and build confidence before entering the water. Our trusted instructors will teach you how to position yourself on the board, where to position your paddle and how to get back on board if you fall in the water. 


From there, you'll be sent off on to the open water where you can explore the shores of Pilot Bay. Our instructors will remain at the beach station and monitor you through our binoculars. This option is perfect for those who are strapped for time or cash!

You can find us halfway along Pilot Bay, close to the public toilets. Look for the orange tent.
