All participants drinking alcohol must\r\nbe of legal drinking age as per legal\r\nobligations. Valid identification may\r\nbe required.\r\n6. Behavior and Conduct\r\na. We reserve the right to refuse service\r\nor remove guests from the premises\r\nwho exhibit inappropriate behavior,\r\nincluding intoxication, without\r\nrefund.\r\n7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)\r\na. All staff may refuse service if guests\r\nare showing signs of intoxication or\r\nanti-social behavior.\r\n8. Liability\r\na. Guests participate in the wine tasting\r\nexperience at their own risk. We are\r\nnot liable for any loss, injury, or\r\ndamage incurred during the\r\nexperience unless caused by our\r\nnegligence.\r\n9. Free of Charge Policy\r\na. 1 Group leader / Tour escort is Free of\r\nCharge (FOC) per 15 guests.\r\nb. Group Leader/ Tour escorts are not to\r\nconsume any alcohol on site.\r\n10. Force Majeure\r\na. We are not responsible for\r\ncancellations or disruptions caused\r\nby events outside our reasonable\r\ncontrol, such as extreme weather,\r\nnatural disasters, or other unforeseen\r\ncircumstances.
