EXPERIENCE:
The Ultimate Luxury South Australian Wine Experience
Embark on a luxurious full-day helicopter journey that celebrates the very best of South Australia’s wine regions — Clare Valley, Barossa Valley, and Adelaide Hills. From the moment your private helicopter lifts off, prepare for a day of indulgence, discovery, and breathtaking scenery as you travel between historic vineyards and boutique estates in style.
Begin your adventure in the Clare Valley at the award-winning Taylors Wines. Choose from a selection of curated tastings, from the Best in Class Flight showcasing their most celebrated drops, to a Dark & Decadent wine and chocolate pairing that will delight true connoisseurs. This first stop sets the tone for a day of refined experiences, fine craftsmanship, and unforgettable flavour.
Next, fly south to the Barossa Valley, home to generations of winemaking heritage and bold, expressive wines. Land at the iconic Seppeltsfield Estate to enjoy a tasting of their premium fortified and table wines before indulging in a long, luxurious lunch at FINO Seppeltsfield. This award-winning restaurant perfectly marries modern regional cuisine with timeless elegance, offering dishes crafted from locally sourced produce and beautifully paired with Seppeltsfield wines.
Your final destination is the Adelaide Hills, where cool-climate sophistication awaits at Shaw + Smith. Sample elegant Chardonnays, Pinots, and Shiraz while overlooking the picturesque Balhannah vineyard. For an additional touch of indulgence, take an optional Jurlique Farm Tour — explore the biodynamic gardens where this globally renowned skincare brand grows its pure natural ingredients, and enjoy exclusive access to the on-site boutique.
