Escape the ordinary and cruise the City of Sails on our fantastic Wine and Cheese Cruise! 

We are looking forward to hosting you and sharing a great experience with you on Auckland Harbour.

We have sent a few pointers below to ensure your cruise with us runs smoothly.


Arrival

Please ensure you are at the Marina 35 minutes prior to sailing for ticketing and boarding. We depart from Pier Z Westhaven Marina, 31 Westhaven drive. We do not have an office at Westhaven, please wait at the gate at the top of the Marina and our staff will come and welcome you.


Our Offering

The Cruise includes a Cheese Platter per person and a glass of New Zealand Wine or Beer. We have a licensed bar on board you can purchase both Alcoholic and Non alcoholic beverages from in addition to this. Our cruise tours the inner Auckland Harbour where we point out the local hot spots and points of interest for approx 1.5 hours. We also play some background music throughout the cruise to make it enjoyable for everyone. If you have any dietary requirements, please ensure you let us know this well in advance of the cruise date.


Safety On Board

Our Vessels are safe sturdy Vessel licensed by Maritime New Zealand to carry passengers. Our Crew are fully trained in all aspects of safety on board to ensure your trip is safe and enjoyable.

Please take note of our safety procedures on board and follow the instructions of our crew at all times.


Parking

Pay by plate parking is available at Pier Z. Parking costs $4 per hour or $32.00 for the day. Please pay attention to signage to ensure you are parking in the correct area (white lines) and paying the correct fee. For directions to Westhaven Marina, please see the map on your voucher or visit our website www.theredboats.co.nz 

The Red boats accepts no responsibility if you choose to pay for less and receive a parking ticket if the boat is running late. Parking is your responsibility; The Red boats accepts no responsibility for customer parking.

 

Conduct on board:
Any problems regarding intoxication or disorderly behaviour during the trip will result in the charter being terminated with no refund.
Please ensure you and/or your guests abide by the current liquor licensing rules.
No drugs or illicit substances permitted on board

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of bad weather, the Skipper at his discretion may cancel the Charter in the interests of Passenger safety.

If we cancel your charter due to bad weather or a break down, we will give you the option to have your deposit refunded, or of re booking a new date for your cruise. 

Cancelations must be made no less than 3 working days of the cruise, cancelations made less than 3 days prior to the cruise will be non refundable.
