Minimum Age Requirements\r\n\r\nPassengers must be at least 8 years old unless otherwise approved by the operator.\r\n\r\nPassengers under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.\r\n\r\nChildren must be able to:\r\n\r\nReach footrests\r\n\r\nWear an approved helmet safely\r\n\r\nFollow safety instructions\r\n\r\nThe driver reserves the right to refuse participation if safety cannot be assured.\r\n\r\n4. Health & Mobility\r\n\r\nPassengers must advise the operator prior to booking if they have:\r\n\r\nMobility limitations\r\nMedical conditions affecting balance or stability\r\nBack or neck issues\r\nPregnancy\r\nParticipation is at the passenger’s own risk.\r\n\r\nTerritory Trike Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if there are safety concerns.\r\n\r\n6. Weather Conditions\r\n\r\nTours operate in most weather conditions.\r\nHowever, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to:\r\n\r\nSevere storms\r\nCyclone warnings\r\nExtreme weather conditions\r\nRoad safety concerns\r\n\r\nIf Territory Trike Tours cancels a tour due to weather or operational reasons, guests will be offered:\r\n\r\nA rescheduled tour, or\r\nA full refund.\r\n\r\n7. Cancellation Policy\r\n\r\nCustomer Cancellations\r\n48+ hours notice: Full refund\r\n24–48 hours notice: 50% refund\r\nLess than 24 hours' notice: No refund\r\n\r\nNo Shows\r\n\r\nFailure to arrive at the agreed meeting location and time will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.\r\n\r\nOperator Cancellation\r\n\r\nIf Territory Trike Tours cancels a tour due to weather, mechanical issues, or operational requirements, guests will receive:\r\n\r\nA full refund, or\r\n\r\nThe option to reschedule.\r\n\r\n8.
