No allowance or refunds can be made for guests that do not have enough time to redeem all their inclusions. Guests who are refused hire will be offered a discounted upgrade to a guided tour or an appropriate alternative activity.\r\n\r\nAge Restrictions\r\nThere are specific age requirements associated with each activity. For kayaking, participants must be at least 4 years old. Children aged between 4 and 15 must be accompanied by a legal adult (18+ years) in the same kayak at all times. Solo use of a kayak is only permitted for those aged 16+ years. To use snorkel gear, guests must be at least 6 years old. Stand up paddleboards may only be used by individuals aged 12+ years. Only one person is permitted on a stand up paddleboard at any time.\r\n\r\nSome Tangalooma activities and tours are physically demanding and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety you must disclose if you are suffering from any injury, medical conditions (such as pregnancy, epilepsy or cardiovascular conditions), disability, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participation in or may interfere with your ability to safely participate in these products.
