We provide you with a paddle plan and let you know how long it should take you to paddle there and back. You can get started after a safety briefing and maybe a quick photo before you go explore!&nbsp;<br></p><p>Stop off on the beaches along the way for a swim or simply a rest and enjoy the best of the Gold Coast area. Perhaps spot a dolphin pod or a turtle among the abundance of marine life we have here in the river. If the participants have no prior experience, they will be required to do a short basic knowledge introduction for an extra charge. If the participant has a low swimming ability, they must wear a life vest for safety (at an additional cost). We have storage for small items of value whilst hiring. The participant’s drivers licence or credit card will be held at our shop for security deposit. \r\n\r\nAnyone aged 5+ can participate; we suggest having younger children (8years old or younger) share a board with a parent or guardian. There are rules that must be adhered to as sometimes the tide can be strong and children, by themselves, may be at risk.
