Travelling over rugged terrain on the unsealed sections of the road, heading further north, we stop initially at Beagle Bay for morning tea; famous for its Shell Church (community entry fees included but entry to Shell Church by individual donation)</p> <br>   <p>Our next stop is&nbsp;Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm&nbsp;situated on the tip of the&nbsp;Dampier Peninsula.&nbsp;Enjoy a chef prepared lunch followed by a&nbsp;Pearl Farm Tour.&nbsp;A family owned business, it is Australia’s oldest operating Pearl Farm. An opportunity also to visit their showroom, where you will see some of the finest&nbsp;South Sea Pearls&nbsp;grown and harvested.</p> <br>   <p>Following lunch we venture up to One Arm Point - Ardyaloon. &nbsp;One Arm Point is a remote&nbsp;Indigenous community&nbsp;with amazing views of the&nbsp;Buccaneer Archipelago. Here, is the trochus hatchery and learn about the&nbsp;Bardi Jawis&nbsp;strong connection to their rich culture and saltwater traditions. Have the opportunity to purchase&nbsp;local art and artefacts&nbsp;(cash only).</p> <br>   <p>We head back to Broome on the coach arriving approximately 6.30pm. A drop off to your hotel is included. </p> <br>   <p>*When available, an additional visit to the aboriginal community at Lombadina will be included after lunch. This is dependent on the discretion of the community patrons. Tours do not need to reconfirmed unless a hotel pick up is required.  Hotel pick ups are available on request at time of booking from select Broome Hotels. Most tours also provide a free drop-off service.\r\n\r\nDIESEL FUEL LEVY\r\nAustralian Pinnacle Tours (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge as a result of escalation in the price of crude oil.\r\n\r\nCANCELLATION POLICY\r\nDue to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover\r\nagainst such charges. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:\r\n\r\nDay Tours and Short Break Adventures\r\n25% deposit confirms tour with full payment required\r\n30 days before departure.\r\n\r\nCancellation Fees Day Tours \r\n30+ days prior to departure; no fee payable\r\n29 – 6 days prior to departure; no fee payable\r\n5 – 3 days prior to departure; 50% of total price\r\nWithin 48 hours of departure; 100% of total price\r\n\r\nCancellation Fees  Short Break Tours\r\n30+ days prior to departure; 10%  fee payable\r\n29 – 16 days prior to departure; 25% fee payable\r\n15 – 6 days prior to departure; 50% of total price\r\nWithin 5 days  of departure; 100% of total price\r\n\r\nIf you fail to join a tour or join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no tour refund can be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation house properties, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees.  We reserve the right to change our cancellation policy as above at any time\r\n\r\nAmendments to Bookings\r\n\r\nAmendment Fees Day Tours\r\nIf you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 15 days prior to the proposed departure date. A fee of AU$50 per person per change may apply (in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators). If you notify us less than 15 days prior to the proposed departure date the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply.\r\n\r\nAmendment Fees Short Break Tours (tours of 5 days or less in duration)\r\nIf you wish to transfer from one trip to another or transfer your booking to a third party you must notify us at least 30 days prior to the proposed departure date. A fee of AU$100 per person per change may apply (in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators). If you notify us less than 30 days prior to the proposed departure date the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply. Transfers to a third party are only permitted where the transferee meets all the requirements in relation to the trip, and transfers to another departure can only be made to a departure within the current validity period.\r\n\r\nOther Change/Amendment Fees for all Tours\r\nAmendments to any other arrangements made in conjunction with your trip may incur an AU$100 administration fee per booking per change. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines. No amendments are permitted to your booking within 7 days of departure. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.\r\n\r\nCancellation by Australian Pinnacle Tours\r\nWe may cancel a trip at any time up to 28 days before departure. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, Travel Insurance excess or non-refundable flights. Please note that different cancellation conditions may apply to some Day Tours and Short Break Adventures – please ask your booking consultant for details.\r\n\r\nCHILD POLICY\r\nChild fares are available on most tours for passengers aged between 4 and 12 years inclusive. Infants (0-3 yrs) are free when travelling with an adult, however touring is not generally recommended due to the large distances travelled. Depending on age, children on tour may be required to be seated in booster seats or other child safety accredited seating. At all times, Australian Pinnacle Tours (A & N Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd) reserves the right to not accept children on tours due to safety concerns.\r\n\r\nCONCESSION FARES\r\nConcession fares apply to holders of senior or pensioner cards and full-time students. Card membership numbers must be quoted at time of booking.\r\n\r\nLUGGAGE ON TOUR – WHAT TO PACK\r\nDue to the equipment required for tours, vehicles have limited luggage space remaining. We therefore ask passengers to limit baggage to a strict 15kg maximum soft bags are preferred. We suggest you include the following essential items: non-slip walking shoes (sneakers), sun screen, hat, beach towel, bathers, flashlight, camera and small bottle of water.
